Territorial Army (TA) Eastern Command is going to Host an Open Recruitment Rally (Bharti) 2025-26 at Various Places (State Wise) from 15 Nov. 2025 to 14 Dec. 2025 for the States of Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Nagaland, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, West Bengal, Andaman & Nicobar Island. who have completed minimum required eligibility criteria can participate in this Recruitment rally 2025. The short details of the notification Regarding Indian Territorial Army (TA) Eastern Command Recruitment Rally 2025 are given below.

Territorial Army (TA) Zone – Eastern Command

District Covered:- All District of Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Nagaland, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, West Bengal, Andaman & Nicobar Island.

Venue of Rally:- (i). Jalapahar, Darjeeling (WB) by 107 Infantry Bn (TA) Gorkha Rifles

(ii). Bhagat Stadium, Dimapur (Nagaland) by 113 Infantry Bn (TA) Rajput

(iii). Masimpur Military Station, Silchar (Assam) by 119 Infantry Bn (TA) Assam

(iv). Solmara Military Station, Tezpur (Assam) by 121 Infantry Bn (TA) Assam

(v). Zakhama (Nagaland) by 164 Infantry Bn (TA) (H & H) Naga

Posts of Recruitment:- 1529 Vacancies
1. Soldier General Duty (GD)
2. Soldier SKT Clerk
3. Soldier Tradesman

Educational Details:- 1. Soldier GD:- 10th class (Matric) with 45% Aggregate and 33% marks in each subject.
if candidates have higher Qualification ie. 10+2 (Intermediate) OR Above then No stipulation Percentage required However 33% in each subject required.

2. Soldier SKT/Clerk:- Passed 12th (Intermediate) with 60% Marks Aggregate and 50% Marks in Each subject.

3. Sol. TDN 8th Pass:- 8th Class Simple passed with 33% marks in each subject.

4. Sol. TDN (10th Pass):- 10th Class Simple passed with 33% marks in each subject.

Physical Eligibility:- 1. Height:- (i). Soldier (GD) – 160 CMS
(ii). Soldier Clerk – 160 CMS
(iii). Soldier Tradesman – 160 CMS
2. Chest:- Minimum 77 cms with expansion of 05 cms for All Posts.

3. Weight:– Proportionate to Height & Age As per Army Medical Standard.

Age Criteria:- As On Date of Recruitment
Interested Aspirants should be between 18 to 42 Years of Age as on date of recruitment.

Selection Procedure:- The Selection of Indian Territorial Army will be carrying out in following steps
1. Pre Documents Check
2. Pre Height Check
3. Detailed Documents Check
4. Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
5. Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
6. Medical Test
7. Common Entrance Examination (CEE)
8. Final Merit List

Territorial Army (TA) PFT Details:- According to Candidates age criteria, The Physical Fitness Test (PFT) will be done in to two Age groups One for Age between 18-30 Years and second for age between 31-42 years of age group.
