Apply Online for Assam Rifles Sports Quota Recruitment Rally 2026. Online applications are invited from eligible male and female Indian citizens for filling up 95 Vacancies Male/Female allotted in Various sports disciplines for the post of Rifleman / Riflewoman (General Duty) under Sports Quota recruitment (Bharti) in Assam Rifles for the year 2026. Interested candidates can apply online till 09 February 2026. The Recruitment is only for Outstanding sportsperson who are either medal winner / Position holder and / OR Participant in specific sports. Name of The Post:- Rifleman / Riflewoman (GD)

Total Vacancies – 95

Male Candidates – 45 Posts

Female Candidates – 50 Posts

Educational Eligibility:- (i). Interested Candidates should have Passed 10th (matriculation) From A Recognized Board/University in India.

(ii). Candidates who have participated in any International Competition / National Competition / Inter-University Tournaments / National Sports / Games for School / Khelo India University Games / Khelo India Youth Games / Khelo India Winter Games will only be considered.

Physical Requirement:- 1. Height:- (i) Minimum Height for Male Candidates is 170 cms.

(ii) Minimum Height for Female is 157 cms.

2. Chest (Only Male Candidates):- Minimum chest should be 80 cms and must be capable to expansion of 05 cms.

NOTE:- There is Relaxation in Height and Chest will be provided for Reserved Categories as given below..

Age Limit:- Interested Candidates should be between 18-23 Years of age on 01 Jan 2026′
Candidates should have not been born earlier than 01 Jan 1998 and later than 01 Jan 2008. Relaxation in Age limit will be applicable as per central government rules.

SC / ST and Female Candidates – Nil
